A unique feature of our dentistry course was that it was very clinic-centric, because of which we gained a lot of clinical exposure. After completing the course, I now feel like a competent dentist ready to take on the challenges in my field.

The course I studied at GMU fulfilled all the requirements to equip me as a full-fledged dentist. I feel lucky to have studied at GMU.

I graduated from GMU in 2010. Since then, I have completed my Internal Medicine Residency at Mount Sinai St. Luke’s Roosevelt Hospital and am currently doing a chief residency at Metropolitan Hospital. The last few years have taken a lot of turns but at the end of the day, the education I received at GMU is primarily responsible for where I am today.

Gulf Medical University’s motto is learn from the world, and it honestly describes my journey here perfectly. While my education was always my first priority, I have tried my best to engage in extra-curricular and cultural
activities. This has helped improve my communication skills, as well as broaden my horizon immensely.
