Ms. Sienna Marie Jurado Gonzalez, Lecturer, is a seasoned nurse educator with over 18 years of experience in undergraduate nursing education across the Philippines and Saudi Arabia. After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 1998, she pursued a Master of Arts in Nursing, major in Administration and Management, in 2006, reflecting her strong commitment to leadership, quality, and academic governance in nursing education.

In the Philippines, she held senior academic responsibilities, contributing significantly to curriculum delivery, quality assurance, and institutional development. She later continued her career in a leading teaching institution in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, where she spent a decade engaged in classroom instruction and clinical supervision, while playing an active role in the institution’s quality assurance processes.

Beyond her academic work, Ms. Gonzalez volunteered at a Filipino training centre in Jeddah. She was an active member of the Philippine Nurses Association – Jeddah Chapter, where she supported professional development and community engagement initiatives. She has participated in national and international conferences, demonstrating her commitment to lifelong learning. Her current academic pursuits is to further deepen her expertise in nursing education, health systems, and institutional quality improvement and more importantly in neonatal nursing care.
