Report on the Farewell for Dr. Beryl Juliet Sam

On a heartfelt and memorable occasion, the College of Nursing organized a farewell party for Dr. Beryl Juliet Sam for her dedicated service, unwavering commitment, and significant contributions to the institution. The event was a token of appreciation for her relentless efforts in the reaccreditation process of the BSN program and her instrumental role in drafting the Master’s program curriculum. Faculty members and staff gathered to express their gratitude and bid a warm farewell to a respected colleague and mentor.

The farewell took place on 27th February 2025 and the event commenced with a welcome speech by the Dean, College of Nursing, Prof. Selva Titus Chacko, who highlighted Dr. Beryl Juliet Sam’s remarkable contributions and her dedication.

To commemorate her contributions, Dr. Beryl Juliet Sam was presented with a bouquet of flowers and a special gift as a token of appreciation by all the faculty members of CoN. The cake-cutting ceremony was followed by a cheerful gathering of faculty members and students, who engaged in light-hearted conversations while enjoying lunch.

Dr. Beryl Juliet Sam also expressed her deep gratitude to the College of Nursing for the support and solidarity she experienced throughout her four years of tenure. She shared heartfelt reflections on her journey, challenges, and accomplishments, emphasizing how teamwork and dedication played a crucial role in achieving the institution’s academic milestones.
