Dr. Priya Joseph, Assistant Professor, is a dedicated nursing educator with 23 years of experience spanning teaching, clinical practice, and academic leadership. She holds a Ph.D. in Paediatric Nursing (2019), a Master of Science in Paediatric Nursing and a Post Basic Bachelor of Science in Nursing (1999). Her expertise lies in innovative teaching methodologies, research mentorship, and professional development. As a curriculum developer and faculty trainer, she actively fosters a dynamic, student-cantered learning environment that bridges theoretical knowledge with clinical application.
Throughout her career, Dr. Priya has mentored numerous research proposals, organized national and international conferences, and led impactful community health initiatives. Her research interests include adolescent mental health, pain management in paediatric care, health promotion, and neonatal intensive care management. She is passionate about advancing nursing education, enhancing clinical training, and driving evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes.
