On the 8th of October 2022, Two GMU PharmD Alumni: Selma Benwahmane, Staff Pharmacist at Life Pharmacy Dubai and Fawaz Abdulazeez, Junior Data Analyst at Pharma Business Partners presented a detailed seminar on the post-graduation licensing procedures by the UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention (MOHAP) and Dubai Health Authority (DHA). They discussed required documentations, necessary steps in the procedures, exam day tips along with their experience. This seminar was organized by College of Pharmacy’s Student Happiness Centre under the “Own Your Future” career counselling program.
The session was attended by the recent graduates (2022 batch) who are gearing up for their careers in pharmacy practice. The seminar was the followed by a Question and Answer session with the aim to clarify any doubts and prepares students for a successful licensing journey.
