Dr. Jumana Al-Salloum, Clinical Preceptor at the Gulf Medical University College of Pharmacy has recently been granted the “Clinical Pharmacist” title by the UAE Ministry of Health after passing the Clinical Pharmacy license exam and interview on 22/10/2020. She was granted this title after 2 years of hospital based clinical pharmacy work experience following her undergraduate GMU PharmD degree.

Dr. Al-Salloum commented: “It gives me great pleasure being able to achieve this milestone in my professional and academic career. I am forever grateful to my mentors and colleagues at GMU and the College of Pharmacy for their guidance support and care. I look forward to making an impact on the pharmacy profession, giving back to my students and to the wide community of pharmacists and providing my patients with the best possible care”.
