The journal has an impact factor of 1.671 with SCOPUS cite score 1.4. The publication is focused on comparative efficacy of azithromycin versus clarithromycin in combination with beta-lactam for the treatment of community acquired pneumonia hospital patients. This article is a qualitative evidence synthesis of seven studies published around the world. The need for pharmaceutical health care services in antibiotic prescribing is highlighted.
