On August 4, 2023, Dr. Seeba Zachariah presented in the ClinicPharmacon 2023, International Conference on Practice Advancements in Clinical Pharmacy organized by the Dale View College of Pharmacy and Research Center, Thiruvananthapuram, India. The conference was aimed to provide a forum for everyone involved in the clinical pharmacy sector to gain new information and updates in clinical pharmacy. Dr. Seeba presented on ‘Pharmacist led anticoagulation clinic’. She discussed about setting up of a pharmacist led anticoagulation clinic. The conference was attended by clinical pharmacists, research scholars, and faculty and students from various pharmacy colleges in India.
