On the 19th of October 2022, GPSA invited the executive board of LPSA for an online meeting, where both associations met for the first time and interacted. During the meeting, the GPSA executive committee (ExCo) board had the opportunity to listen to the LPSA ex-president (for the 2021-22 mandate) Omar Masbout about the LPSA experience in leading an outstanding 2021-2022 mandate that ended with LPSA earning the title of Best IPSF (International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation) Member Organization over 150 pharmacy students’ organization worldwide. The current president of LPSA, Rasha Ismail, also shared her own views how to achieve the goals as a team and sets a healthy environment among the different executive committee members. At the end of the meeting, the GPSA ExCo asked questions and understood what is needed for them to become a shining member organization of IPSF. GPSA ExCo ended the meeting with thanking LPSA for their support and calling for collaboration on selected projects for the benefits of the students’ growth of both associations.
