On April 7, Dr. Khalifa was an invited speaker as part of the Deans Plenary session to share the Gulf Medical University experience with the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). The discussion included the benefits of international accreditation, lessons learned from the ACPE certification exercise and tips on how to get the buy in of faculty, writing the self-study report and preparing for the external review visit.
Dean Khalifa commented: It is always an honor and a pleasure to work with colleagues form Colleges of Pharmacy in the Middle East region on enhancing pharmacy education and practice in the region.
