On April 23, 2025, College of Pharmacy hosted an inspiring career advising session titled “Grow Today, Lead Tomorrow.” Aimed at empowering pharmacy students and alumni with essential insights into personal and professional growth, the event featured Dr. Tamer Mamdouh Abbas, CEO and Founder of NaviGuide LLC.
Dr. Tamer has over 27 years of regional and international experience in the pharmaceutical, consumer, and medical device industries across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa. Drawing from his rich journey which includes qualifications from Alexandria University, Cambridge International College, Strathclyde University, and executive education from London Business School and Harvard Business School, he emphasized key strategies for leadership and career readiness.
Dr. Tamer’s talk focused on five essential pillars:
