College of Nursing 2nd year BSN students visited Acero Building Systems on 15/3/2024 to create awareness regarding Kidney Health to commemorate the World Kidney Day celebrations. Aligned with the theme, “Kidney Health for all: Advancing equitable access to care and optimal medication practice,” the students organized various activities including poster presentations, myth debunking sessions, awareness-enhancing exercises, quizzes, and screenings.
The session was conducted twice within the premises of the company. Initially, it was held for office employees, engaging 70 individuals. Subsequently, a similar session was conducted for the production staff in the plant, reaching an audience of 180 employees. This cumulative effort reached a significant total of 250 employees, showcasing a robust initiative towards promoting kidney health awareness!!!
