A team of 20 Deans & Heads of Medical Colleges from Kazakhstan visited Gulf Medical University on 7th February 2023. The team was welcomed by Vice Chancellor Dr. Manda Venkatramana & Dean CoN Dr. Selva Titus Chacko. The main purpose of the visit was to look at the style of functioning of the Higher Education in UAE and to possibly look at collaborations in various areas of importance to their country.
The meeting commenced with the Chancellor, Vice Chancellor’s and Deans in the Board Room with an orientation of the University Colleges & its functions. A Physical orientation of the University to Testing centre, CASH, TRIPM, LRC, Laboratories, Admission office & Colleges followed the Orientation. Dr. Fozi Dakilah Medical Director gave an Orientation of the TUH and the delegates spent visiting the Robotic Pharmacy and the Therapeutic Garden.
