Department of Community Medicine, College of Medicine organized a guest lecture on “Personal strategies for stress management to develop wellbeing, and resilience” on 12th October 2019.
The speaker, Dr. Neena Thomas – Eapen, is an Associate Professor of Family Medicine at College of Medicine, Lexinton, University of Kentucky, USA. She has over 29 years of clinical experience of various aspects of medicine. She was trained in general surgery, family medicine and integrative medicine and focuses on whole person integrative primary care, office procedures and mind body medicine.


She is an alumnus of College of Medicine; University of Arizona in USA with whom our University is in collaboration for our MPH program. The Vice Chancellor Academics & Dean, College of Medicine welcomed her and ushered her for a tour of facilities. She was facilitated by Gulf Medical University with a memento.
