Global Hand Washing Day

First-year MBBS students of Gulf Medical University observed – Global Handwashing Day on 15th October 2018. This year global handwashing theme was “Clean Hands – a recipe for health

The day celebrations included students demonstrating proper technique of hand washing, presentations, flyer distribution and other fun-filled activities stressing the importance of hand hygiene.

They brought about a positive change in the university campus by fixing posters of proper handwashing techniques in the washrooms of the university.

The students and staff practised handwashing and won prizes when they demonstrated the correct way to do the hand wash.

It was such a fun-filled day in which everyone learnt how to keep their hands clean !!!
