College of Medicine, Gulf Medical University welcomed the new cohorts on August 28 & 29, 2019 who enrolled in the Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS), Bachelor of Biomedical Sciences (BBMS) and Associate Degree in Pre-Clinical Sciences (ADPCS) programs.
Chancellor, Professor Hossam Hamdy delivered the ceremony speech and welcomed the students. Vice Chancellor Academics & Dean, College of Medicine, Professor Manda Venkatramana, addressed the new students of their chosen professions and wished them a fruitful professional journey.
Dr. Mohammad Faisal Pervez, COO, Thumbay University Hospital, Thumbay Medicity, Ajman spoke about the new academic hospital within the GMU campus and explained about the facilities available in the hospital. He also welcomed the students to visit the hospital.
