The International ACEN self-study forum was held on May 6-7th 2024 at Al Zytoonah University, Amman, Jordan. The ACEN self-study forum is important for nursing faculty and administrators from Nursing Colleges around the Middle East and the nearby region.
It is the International Nursing Education Accreditation, which is mandated by MOE, UAE to be achieved by all the Colleges in UAE. Prof. Selva Titus, Dean, CoN, participated and completed the Study Forum and certified.
She was also invited to participate in the 1st International Nursing Conference entitled “Trends in Nursing” that will be held at Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan in May 8-9, 2024, at Amman, Jordan. The Conference was organized by the Al-Zaytoonah University of Jordan, in collaboration with the Scientific Society of Arab Nursing Faculties and the Jordanian Nursing Council.
The overall themes of the Conference was “Technology Advancement in nursing practice, Adherence to Evidence Based Practice, Challenges in Nursing Research, Personal and Holistic Nursing Care, Trends in Nursing Education”. The aim of the conference was to inform faculty, students and workers of the latest scientific and research developments in digital trends, and build bridges of scientific cooperation between universities and other institutions that care about nursing. This conference provided a wonderful opportunity for all nursing professionals to learn about current trends in nursing around the world.
