On June 22, 2023, Dr. Sherief Khalifa presented in the Pharmacy International Conference – Newgiza University: Roadmap for Pharmacy Profession: Challenges & Opportunities. His presentation was titled: “Is Pharmacy Education an Obstacle in Advancing the Pharmacy Profession?”
The presentation focused on ways to modernize pharmacy education so that academic institutions fulfill their mission in producing pharmacy graduates who are capable of accommodating and adapting to the ever-changing profession of pharmacy.
Dean Khalifa commented: “We owe it to our students, our patients and the society to practice agility in making changes to cope with the new developments in healthcare in UAE and around the world”.
