On October 25, 2022, Dr. Sherief Khalifa, Dean of the College of Pharmacy, Gulf Medical University (GMU) and Dr. Mohamed Abdullatif, Associate Professor of Pharmacology, College of Pharmacy, GMU visited RAK Medical & Health Sciences University to explore areas of research collaboration between both institutions. Both GMU and RAK are Medical Universities with unique research facilities and expertise that if shared will benefit both institutions and boost research productivity in terms of quality and quantity for both institutions.
During the visit Dr. Khalifa being the lead quality officer at GMU, gave a seminar titled:
“Comprehensive Learning Outcomes Assessment”
The seminar was attended by faculty from Colleges of Pharmacy, Medicine, Nursing and Dentistry as well as members of the university quality assurance unit.
At the end of the visit, The GMU delegate was greeted by RAK Medical & Health Sciences University president, Dr. S. Gurumadhva Rao and Dr. Padma Rao, Dean, RAK College of Pharmacy.
