As part of the annual professional development 5-days program titled: “Step on the Way” organized by the Egyptian Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation, and in collaboration with IVPN-Students Listserv, Dr. Ahmad El Ouweini, Clinical Lecturer, College of Pharmacy, Gulf Medical Univesity, and Clinical Preceptor/Pharmacist, Thumbay University Hospital, was invited to speak to 1000+ pharmacy students from all over Egypt about “Career Decisions and Pathways” During his presentation, Dr. El Ouweini helped the students to know how to:
- Discover and empower their skills and abilities
- Share their future
- Reach the right career choice
- Engage in work-related activities
- Develop awareness about each employee’s uniqueness in the workplace
