GMU Partners with IVPN Network to Deliver BCPS Online Preparatory Course

Based on the success of the first version of GMU’s preparatory course for Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) exam, GMU College of Pharmacy expands the scope of expertise and background of the course speakers by partnering with IVPN-Network, an international network of pharmacy experts that aim at knowledge transfer and empowering the next generations of healthcare professionals.

This course will be delivered completely virtually during an intensive period of 10 weeks, total of 40 hours and 2 BCPS-like mock exams. The diverse nature of speakers from both GMU and IVPN Network and their previous experience with BCPS exams will bring an unparalleled recipe for successfully passing the exam and preparing the participants to become competent clinicians in different practice settings. Special discounts will be for group registrations (3 or more).

BPS Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPS) program is a credential for pharmacists who in their unique practice ensure the safe, appropriate, and economical use of medications as part of interprofessional treatment teams in a variety of settings, including hospitals and health systems.
