A guest lecture was organized by College of Nursing on 16 December, 2019. The guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Selva Titus Chacko, Former Dean & Professor, College of Nursing, CMC, Vellore, India. She gave a magnificent lecture on the topic “Recent Trends in Nursing Practice”. It was an interactive session in which progress of nursing profession, new knowledge and technology linkage was discussed. The participants of the lecture included B.Sc Nursing students, RN-BSN students, interns and faculty of College of Nursing.
This session was coordinated by Dr. Kandasamy M, Assistant Professor, College of Nursing and vote of thanks was rendered by Dr. Prathima P, Assistant Professor, College of Nursing. The session was very informative and provided the participants with enormous knowledge on various aspects of nursing trends, recent advancements and career prospects in nursing.
