Ms. Fathima Leila Thaliffdeen

Ms. Leila Thaliffdeen graduated with honors from Gulf Medical University in 2022, with a BSc in Biomedical Science (BBMS). In 2023, she joined the Thumbay Research Institute for Precision Medicine (TRIPM) as a research intern, where she worked on projects that targeted the normalization of tumor vasculature in various pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma cell lines using Zebrafish as an in vivo model. She currently works at the Thumbay Research Institute for Precision Medicine (TRIPM) as a research assistant, continuing her work with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma and assisting in the maintenance of the Zebrafish facility.
