On the 6th of March 2018, six students of Semester VI PharmD participated in the ‘Ajman 5th International Environment Conference on Climate Change and Sustainability’. They were accompanied by Ms. Burcu Aydin, the Assistant Head of Student Affairs Department, Gulf Medical University.
The conference focused on climate change challenges and adaptation. It also provided a very good opportunity for the participating students in gaining knowledge about eco-efficient technologies, managing the carbon footprint and supporting the expansion of environmental friendly methods.
The conference also highlighted research findings on how to save the generations from climate change, and the students were stressed upon the message “SAVE THE PLANET, OUR HOME”.
