I am delighted to have been honored to complete my PharmD degree at the prestigious institution of Gulf Medical University. Soon after completing my APPE with the support of college of pharmacy, I returned to my home country, Mauritius and started my pre-registration training at Pharmacie DuCentre under the supervision of the Pharmacist Arshad Sarooar (Former President of Pharmaceutical Association of Mauritius). After undertaking a course of pharmacy law and dangerous drug act by the Pharmacy Council of Mauritius, I wrote my pre-registration exam on 14th December 2019.
Today, I am a qualified registered Pharmacist in Mauritius, Alhamdulillah.
I thank each and every one who accompanies me on this journey with the Almighty’s grace.
GMU has prepared me very well for the challenges of life in the field of pharmacy.
After applying to the number one private hospital in Mauritius, I was offered interviews and got selected immediately as a candidate with an offer from the institution.
I remain grateful to all professors and to the whole team of GMU.
