On June 16, 2021, Dr. Rizah Anwar Assadi, GMU alumni and Clinical Preceptor at Gulf Medical University College of Pharmacy, received the Clinical Pharmacist title from the Ministry of Health and Prevention after passing the Clinical Pharmacy license oral exam and interview. The license was granted following her two years of clinical experience post graduation with a PharmD degree.

Dr. Rizah Anwar Assadi commented: ” This is a testimony of the great exposure and training we received in the College of Pharmacy at GMU. It also has a direct effect on the community we serve as we provide our patients with the utmost care and mentor our students to become medication therapy experts. I want to thank my colleagues and my mentors at the College of Pharmacy, GMU and the clinicians at the GMU Academic Hospitals for their continuous cheer and support. ”
