The College of Pharmacy proudly congratulates Jamila Abdullahi, a student of the Master of Science in Drug Discovery and Development (MDD) program, for securing Second Place in the Pharmacology and Molecular Therapeutics category (Poster Presentation) at the Second Al Ain University International Conference on Pharmacy and Biomedical Sciences (AAU-CPBS’25) and the Third AAU Health and Biomedical Postgraduate Symposium.

Jamila’s award-winning poster presentation, titled “Preparation and Evaluation of Tadalafil Loaded Nanoemulgel Transdermal Delivery System for the Management of Cold-Induced Vasoconstriction: A Potential for Raynaud’s Phenomenon”, was conducted under the supervision of Professor Shery Jacob, Professor of Pharmaceutics. Her research explores advanced drug delivery approaches, contributing to the development of innovative therapeutic strategies.
Her achievement reflects the high standards of research and innovation promoted within the MDD program at GMU. It also showcases the university’s dedication to nurturing future scientists who contribute to advancements in pharmaceutical sciences.
