On February 5, 2021, Dr. Jumana Al-Salloum Clinical Preceptor at College of Pharmacy, GMU participated in the first meeting of the IVPN- Journal Club Working Group. Dr. Jumana was selected to be a member of the working group as she presented in the first chapter of the IVPN-Journal Club Series, September 2020 Edition [Link to the news] [Link to the recorded session]. The team members from different pharmacy sectors discussed the future plans for the upcoming chapter aiming to make the listserv activities reach out to all pharmacists to give them the opportunity to share and enrich their knowledge with the updated literature related to pharmacy.
The Intra Venous Parenteral Nutrition (IVPN) Journal Club listserv is part of the IVPN network which was founded as a listserv in 2012 with the intention of transferring knowledge of Intravenous (IV) and Parenteral Nutrition (PN) therapy & compounding. Currently it is serving as an international platform for knowledge exchange in various fields of pharmacy.
