On May 18, 2022, Dr. Ibrahim Elsayed, Professor of Pharmaceutical Sciences, College of Pharmacy, and Director of Quality Assurance & Institutional Effectiveness at Gulf Medical University, participated as an external examiner in the thesis evaluation committee of Reem Al-Homsi, a student in the Master in Pharmaceutical Sciences at College of Pharmacy, University of Sharjah.

The thesis title was “Graphene Oxide/Chitosan-Based Thermosensitive Injectable Nanocomposite Hydrogel for Controlled Release of Local Anesthetics” and supervised by Dr. Mohamed Haider, Associate Professor of Pharmaceutics at College of Pharmacy, University of Sharjah.
