On Dec 16, 2020, Pharmacy undergraduate PharmD students published a meta-analysis of randomized controlled trials in Journal of Pharmacy & BioAllied Sciences, indexed in SCOPUS (cite score 1.08), PubMed and other databases. The students’ conducted this research under the supervision of Dr. Syed Wasif Gillani. This article is focused on the therapeutic management of type-II diabetes mellitus. Drug use evaluation (DUE) and generating evidence for practice is key role of Clinical pharmacists. Students’ have shown committed attitude towards scientific writing, publication and continuous professional development. The dedicated academic environment and research opportunities in college of pharmacy encourage all the students to participate in scholarly activities.
