On December 1st, 2024, GMU Pharmacy Student Association (GPSA), hosted an engaging World AIDS Day Webinar under the theme “Take the Rights Path: My Health, My Right!

To further engage students, Dr. Saeed facilitated interactive discussions by presenting various patient cases and answering questions based on CDC guidelines. This dynamic approach encouraged active participation, deepened the student’s understanding of clinical decision-making, and highlighted evidence-based practices in HIV/AIDS care.

This student-led initiative not only enriched students’ knowledge but also demonstrated the importance of collaboration and critical thinking in addressing public health challenges. It reaffirmed GMU’s dedication to preparing future pharmacists to lead with expertise, compassion, and a commitment to evidence-based practice.
