The GMU-IVPN Student Club, under the College of Pharmacy, continues its commitment to health education by launching two informative educational videos in the month of March, focusing on key wellness topics relevant to the community.
On March 2, 2025, the first video was launched, providing essential fasting tips for Ramadan. The video aimed to guide individuals observing the holy month on monitoring the blood sugar levels, maintaining a balanced diet, not skipping suhoor, staying hydrated, and managing their medications effectively while fasting. These tips aimed to help individuals observe Ramadan safely while maintaining their well-being.

Following this, on March 14, 2025, in recognition of World Sleep Day,the GMU- IVPN Student Club released another educational video to raise awareness about the importance of sleep, strategies for improving sleep quality, and the impact of poor sleep on overall well-being. The video highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy sleep routine and provided practical tips for better rest.
These videos are part of GMU-IVPN Student Club ongoing efforts to enhance public awareness and encourage proactive health management. By utilizing digital platforms, the club continues to educate and empower students and the wider community with valuable healthcare knowledge.
