During the webinar Dr. Aliaa discussed with faculty the change in perception of career development, career models, pillar of career coaching including career values, personality style indicator, motivated skills, and Job interest. In addition to listing competencies of requirement for career advisors.
At the End of the session, a valuable interactive Q & A discussion focused on describing the process of development of career protocols, qualification of career counselors and possibilities of building job databases for pharmacy graduates.
