A book “The Stroke Physician” authored by Prof. Hillol Kanti Pal, Professor of Neurosurgery, College of Medicine launched in a salmon ceremony on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at Thumbay Hospital, Ajman. Prof. Hillol is the Medical Director & Consultant Neurosurgeon at Thumbay Hospital, Ajman. Chancellor, Prof. Hossam Hamdy, Gulf Medical University, Ajman was the Chief Guest of Book Launch Ceremony and the Vice Provost Academics, Prof. Manda Venkatramana presided over the ceremony. The Chancellor & Vice Provost congratulated Prof. Hillol for his scholarly activities. While addressing the audience, Chancellor mentioned about the importance of reading the textbooks in present days.
Following the book launch, the first copy of the book is given to Prof. Hossam and second to Prof. Manda. Prof. Hillol also made a presentation about his journey of success. A large number of faculty, interns, students & staff attended this ceremony.
