III MBBS students along with the faculty members of the Department of Community Medicine conducted Health Education Sessions as a part of their commitment to Community Outreach Activity on October 10, 18 & 22, 2017 at Al-Ameer School, Ajman, International Indian School, Ajman, Habitat School, Ajman and Abu Obaidah Ibn Aljarrah Private School, Ajman respectively.
The objective of the outreach activity was to create awareness among students about “Depression” which is the theme selected by the WHO this year. WHO encourages all people in-charge of education and health to educate adolescents among other target groups regarding the topic and encourage them to talk about it openly.
