After successful completion of the 3 months long ‘Writing Impactful Research’ program [https://www.sundayobserver.lk/2021/08/29/business/writing-impactful-research-programme-csr-initiative] in collaboration with Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka and Emerald Publishing, United Kingdom; the College of Healthcare Management & Economics (CoHME), Gulf Medical University, UAE, would like to extend the above program with the new initiative “Research Mentoring Program (RMP)”  after the 6th ICMR 2021 [http://www.icmr.sab.ac.lk/] conference. The RMP committee will assign highly recognized researchers as mentors of research papers & ideas, and will arrange individual sessions with the mentor to improve author’s manuscript. Further, the committee has introduced an interactive workshop series to enhance the quality of manuscript. Accordingly, 08 workshops will be conducted in two months. There are ample publication opportunities in reputed journals and assigned best paper awards for each track in the ICMR 2021 conference. This is the first time that such a research conference is associated with a post-mentoring program to enhance the research and publication skills of the authors of a conference.

CoHME would like to extend its heartfelt gratitude, especially to Prof. Athula Gnanapala (Dean, Faculty of Management Studies, Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka), Prof. Jayantha N.
