The College of Pharmacy was prominently represented by its faculty, postgraduate, and undergraduate students at the 11th Annual GCC Pharmacy Congress, held from October 25-27, 2024, at the JW Marriott Marquis in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This prestigious event serves as a leading platform for distinguished experts across the GCC region to exchange insights and discuss the latest advancements in pharmacy practice, with a focus on enhancing healthcare outcomes.

The congress addressed pivotal challenges faced by the pharmacy profession and provided actionable solutions to improve patient care. The scientific program was carefully designed to encompass a wide range of critical topics, including the future of pharmacy practice, advancements in ambulatory and clinical pharmacy, health economics, updates in oncology and hematology, digital transformation, pharmacy automation, and medication safety, among others.

The event also provided an excellent opportunity for participants to expand their professional networks, deepen their knowledge, and engage in discussions with industry leaders. Notably, students from the College of Pharmacy excelled in the e-poster competition, securing recognition and accolades for their contributions.
