On October 16, 2024, Prof. Dixon Thomas and Dr. Jisha Lucca of GMU College of Pharmacy visited Burjeel Hospital Abu Dhabi as a site follow-up. One of the Masters in Clinical Pharmacy students has been in clinical rotations at Burjeel. The student makes ward rounds with clinical pharmacists and participates effectively in patient care. GMU faculty support the planning, follow-up, and evaluation of students in rotations. Site preceptors are supported by continuing professional development, practice resources, and research opportunities by Gulf Medical University.
