On April 17, GMU College of Pharmacy students Sarah and Maryam completed their one-month clinical training at VCU Medical Center. This training is part of student exchange between GMU and Virginia Commonwealth University.
During this training they were posted along with clinical pharmacists in VCU’s main hospital, cystic fibrosis clinic, cardiology clinic, and renal clinic. Performing multiple clinical training rotations in UAE hospitals and a rotation in VCU Medical Center enriched clinical abilities of Sarah and Maryam.
