GMU PharmD students Omnia Salah Sakr and Alaa Osama performed their Clinical Training at International Medical Center, Egypt

On April 18, GMU College of Pharmacy students Omnia Salah Sakr and Alaa Osama completed their one-month clinical training at International Medical Center, Egypt. This training is part of student exchange between GMU and Misr International University.

During this training they were posted in oncology clinical pharmacy areas and clean room for preparation of chemotherapy medication. They attended multi-disciplinary team ward rounds. Performing multiple clinical training rotations in UAE hospitals and a rotation in International Medical Center enriched clinical abilities of Omnia Salah Sakr and Alaa Osama.
