On January 2, 2023, Ms. Ashgan Alshawy, a PharmD student at the University of Iowa started her international pharmacy patient care rotation at GMU Academic Health System. In this rotation, Ms. Ashgan will receive firsthand exposure to clinical pharmacy practice in cardiology, critical care and infectious diseases at GMU Academic Health System, especially Thumbay University Hospital (TUH).
