International Pharmaceutical Students Federation Invites GMU’s Dr. Ahmad El Ouweini to Speak to Pharmacy and Medicine Students on Interprofessional Clinical Skills Competition

The International Pharmaceutical Students’ Federation (IPSF) was founded in 1949. The Federation now represents approximately 500,000 pharmacy students and recent graduates in 92 countries worldwide. IPSF is the leading international advocacy organization for pharmacy and pharmaceutical science students. The Clinical Skills Event (CSE) is originally an IPSF event providing educational opportunities for its members to enhance and demonstrate their clinical knowledge. This year, IPSF worked with the International Federation of Medical Students Associations (IFMSA) as this will enhance the interprofessional collaboration (IPC) and expose health students to IPC which will instil confidence to learn and communicate in an interprofessional manner.
