On March 9, 2022, at the College of Pharmacy, Gulf Medical University we were delighted to welcome a special guest from the University of Iowa: Dr. Russell Ganim, Associate Provost and Dean of International Programs.
Gulf Medical University and the University of Iowa signed a memorandum of understanding a couple of years ago. Now that the pandemic is almost behind us, we are excited as we plan for student exchange between our respective institutions during the APPE phase of our PharmD programs. We are also planning for research collaborations involving students with possible support from the Fulbright commission.
