On December 20 & 21, 2021, the College of Pharmacy participated in the Gulf Medical University Research Days, an event that takes place annually. The event extended over two days with faculty, graduate students and undergraduate students from all colleges presenting their research.


The College of Pharmacy participated with a total of 7 podium presentations and 9 poster presentations by faculty and students.


Dr. Sherief Khalifa, Dean of the College of Pharmacy commented: “The passion for research in our college includes both departments: pharmaceutical sciences and pharmacy practice. Research is deep rooted in our undergraduate and postgraduate curricula making our students and graduates researchers, innovators and ready to make changes and improvements wherever they go”.
