The presentation focused on the importance of lifelong self-directed learning as a means of moving up the career ladder as well as keeping one’s job in a competitive market.
The talk highlighted the importance of one’s presence in the digital world to be visible and to develop a strong professional network. Integrity, good communication skills and making a difference were also major highlights in the presentation.
