Classes from Virginia Commonwealth University for GMU Master in Clinical Pharmacy Students

Master in Clinical Pharmacy (MCP) students at GMU participated in classes by experts from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) on research methodology. Published articles were discussed in detail on research methodology. MCP program at GMU is offered in collaboration with VCU and Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi.

The following 3 sessions were conducted by VCU experts;

  • Article on patient-reported and clinician reported outcomes by Dr. Teresa Salgado on May 08, 2020
  • Clinical Trial article on Aspirin byDr. Dave Dixon on May 13, 2020

Students reviewed assigned articles before each session. The classes were conducted utilizing a distance learning approach and the sessions were live allowing full range of interaction including discussions, questions and answers.
