On March 3, 2018, the College of Pharmacy was honored with the visit of Mr. Michael Rouse, Director, International Services Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE). The purpose of the visit was a one day workshop with all faculty and staff at the College of Pharmacy to launch the ACPE certification process. Following the workshop, Mr. Rouse was given a tour of GMU and College of Pharmacy facilities and was received by GMU Chancellor Professor Hossam Hamdy.
Dean Shereif Khalifa commented: This is a good day for the College of Pharmacy at GMU. The guidance of an organization known for international best practices will help us achieve our mission and goals in reaching the highest standards of quality for pharmacy education.
