Dr. Eman M. El-labbad, Assistant Professor of Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences Department, College of Pharmacy, GMU participated in DUPHAT 2020, by professional poster ” “Immunoinformatics and Molecular Docking Studies of Some Rhizopus delemar Secretory Peptides” Dr. El-labbad demonstrated a work frame explaining the utilization of Artificial intelligence to study secretory peptides isolated from R. delemar fungi culture in order to identify antigenic amino acids sequences (epitopes) as a possible target for the future development antibodies for both therapy and diagnosis. This work was conducted in collaboration with Dr. Samih Soliman, Assistant Professor, Department of Medicinal Chemistry, College of Pharmacy and Sharjah Institute for Medical Research, University of Sharjah, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
