Prof. Danial Baker of Washington State University, USA teaching GMU Master in Clinical Pharmacy students

On November 19, 2019, Prof. Danial Baker conducted a live session on Systematic Reviews for GMU Master in Clinical Pharmacy (MCP) students using GoToMeeting platform. Prof. Baker is Professor of Pharmacotherapy and Director, Drug Information Center, College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, Washington State University (WSU), USA. He has been teaching GMU MCP students since the inception of the MCP program in 2018.

Earlier this year, Prof. Baker visited GMU (September, 2019), along with 3 of his colleagues and delivered a joint symposium organized by the College of Pharmacy, GMU and College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences, WSU; “Advances in Pharmacy Practice”.

Dean Sherief Khalifa commented: We are proud of our affiliation with WSU and we look forward to continuing to work together with Dr. Baker and other WSU colleagues on our Master in Clinical Pharmacy Program and on the establishment of the Center for Drug Information and Evidence-based Pharmacy located in Thumbay University Hospital at the GMU campus.
