Inter-Professional Education Activity

Inter-Professional Education is a collaborative approach to develop healthcare students as future inter-professional team members. Involving patients as partners in inter-professional education enhances students’ understanding of their experiences and encourages the patient centred practice.

The aim of Inter-Professional Education is to expose health professional learners to a complex patient situation, where collective care is needed to optimize patient outcomes through a collaborative sharing of skills and knowledge.
